in Texas

Structured, relational supervision designed to support your clinical growth, professional judgment, and transition into independent practice.

Beyond the Paperwork

Supervision should be more than checking boxes and counting hours. This is a space to think through your clinical work, strengthen your judgment, and build confidence in the decisions you are making with clients.

Meet Your Supervisor

I run a telehealth practice in Texas and Arizona, working with adults around trauma and anxiety, with a particular focus on the years surrounding menopause. I'm EMDR, IFS, and somatic trained, with a postgraduate certification in Trauma-Informed Clinical Care from NYU.

I bring more than a decade of clinical work into supervision, including complex trauma, attachment, and cases where the textbook answer stops being useful. Supervision is where you learn to think clinically when the work is layered.

By the end of your associate years, I want you to have a clinical model you can name and defend, and enough regulation in your own body to stay present when a session gets heavy.

You may already know what you want from supervision, or you may still be figuring that out. This is a chance to tell me where you are in the process and what you want from a supervisor.

I offer 30-minute consultation calls so we can talk through your questions and see whether our work styles fit.

The Details That Matter

Building Your Professional Framework

Supervision is where you build the way you think about a case. You bring the session that went sideways, and we work through what was happening clinically and what you do with it next week. With experience, your clinical framework becomes the thing you can rely on when the answer is not obvious.
