Therapeutic yoga is an inherently holistic approach, simultaneously working on the body, mind, and spirit. We consider your whole being; characteristics, preferences, needs, spiritual beliefs and motivation. Then, customize your session to help you heal a wound, conquer your fears, boost your self-confidence, and bring your mind and body into sweet harmony. Most importantly, we bring back the vital life force within you, so you can gradually improve every aspect of your life.
