Diet Culture is the idea that controlling your body, particularly your diet—by limiting what and how much you eat—is normal. 

 

Intuitive eating honors each individual’s unique preferences while promoting a healthy attitude towards food and body image.

Our mission is to help you recognize and reject diet culture in all its forms, tune out the constant noise about nutrition and health, and tune in to your body's intuitive wisdom about hunger, fullness, movement, and rest.

 

We help you make peace with food and move toward greater well-being. By focusing on evidence-based strategies, you will become the expert of your body.
